Steve Benjamin
Executive Vice President
Mr. Steve Benjamin joined legacy AVI in 1997. In his continued leadership role as Executive Vice President for AVI-SPL, Mr. Benjamin is responsible for the following: contract management and negotiation; departmental financial oversight; production related issues; real estate and insurance transactions; and corporate special projects.
Prior to joining our organization, Mr. Benjamin worked in commercial real estate development and capital medical sales. His certifications include numerous general contractor and specialty contractor licenses, as well as Series 7 Securities and Florida Real Estate licenses.
